We value what you say!
We routinely ask for feedback to see how we are doing to help us improve the service we give.
This may be a request for verbal feedback, or we will ask young people and parents / carers to complete an anonymous feedback form.
How do we seek your views and the views of your child?
We are committed to asking children and young people about the service we offer.
We ask young people to give us feedback after class room health education sessions or when they have seen us in our drop in or after we have immunised them.
We also lead training sessions in schools and other settings and ask education staff for feedback.
We ask parents / carers to tell us about the service we offer and ask for suggestions about how we can improve the care we give.
We also at times ask for a Talk to Us forms to be completed at various stages of our involvement and this includes whether you would recommend our service to friends and family.
Comments from young people:
“How friendly they are and how I can share my feelings”
“I think that this is a good service for people who need to talk about stuff”
“Very friendly and caring”
Comments from the teachers:
“Friendly and comfortable for all children both Y5 & Y6 boys / girls”
“A very calm, reassuring environment where the children felt safe to speak. Relaxed and leisurely, which told them that they were important and time had been set aside for them”.
