We work closely with patients to identify and set goals for rehabilitation and use appropriate tools to measure progress.
Patients and family may also be asked to complete a questionnaire before and after treatment.
This information is used to measure effectiveness and may highlight areas for improvement to our service.
In addition, we participate in Bridgewater Trust-wide audits of patient satisfaction. We appreciate your time in completing these.
