CCNT – Professionals Information
The team receive referrals from Acute Hospital Units including Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Warrington Halton Hospital Foundation Trust, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital as well as from Primary Care Services including GP’s, Health Visitors and School Nurses.
Parents are also able to self-refer with the support of their own GP.
