Description of service

Our service offers help and advice to homeless and vulnerably housed people who need assistance and advice regarding health problems and signposting to relevant services.

We are a community based team consisting of an experienced health professional and support worker who provide specialist advice, care and support for vulnerable and homeless people in St Helens.

Who can access the service?

Any person with health problems (physical or mental) who is currently homeless or vulnerable due to losing their home within the St Helens area.

How can people access the service?

Our service can be accessed either by telephone, post or fax using the contact details below.

Where is the service offered?

We will visit service users at hostels, their homes or our clinic at Millennium Centre on Thursdays from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
