| Experience | Christine has 30 years experience in human resources,training and organisational development.For the last 24 years, Christine has worked for the NHS gaining experience in posts at Mental Health Units, a specialist Tertiary Centre, Primary Care Trusts, Health Authorities, a Community Trust and a Primary Care Trust Cluster.During this time she has worked with local and Regional Officers of the main trade unions within the NHS.Christine has had a director level position for 20 years and has worked in a variety of senior posts including Director of HR, Chief of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. She is passionate about the impact of Health Services on local people and the need to be accountable for what we do. In her spare time Christine is a Parent Governor for a Primary School in St Helens. |
