Key Skills and Achievements A specialist in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development, Christine places great importance on working in partnership with staff and their representatives and involving them in decision making. As an effective communicator, she can translate policy into common sense. She has delivered a wide variety of training programmes and has provided consultancy support to a number of organisations on HR matters. Highly experienced in change management, Christine has successfully implemented many new organisation wide programmes.

Christine has 34 years experience in human resources ,training and organisational development. For the last 28 years, Christine has worked for the NHS gaining experience in posts at Mental Health Units, a specialist Tertiary Centre, Primary Care Trusts, Health Authorities, a Community Trust and a Primary Care Trust Cluster. During this time she has worked with local and Regional Officers of the main trade unions within the NHS.

Christine has held director level positions for 25 years and has worked in a variety of senior posts including Director of HR, Chief of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. She is passionate about the impact of Health Services on local people and the need to be accountable for what we do.

Christine is also responsible for the Trusts strategic approach to managing its estate and for corporate governance and effectiveness.
