Experience of reviewing second stage NHS complaints.

Experience In 1986, Dorian qualified as a Staff Nurse working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and subsequently at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, until becoming a Charge Nurse at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

In the early 90’s, he moved onto roles as Senior Nurse and Bed Manager settling in the North West, undertaking the role of Head of Nursing Surgery for Morecambe Bay Hospitals NHS Trust in 1996.

Becoming the Deputy Director of Nursing for North Manchester Healthcare NHS Trust, he moved to the role of Head of Clinical Services for Trafford South PCT in 2003.

Dorian was appointed Assistant Director of Clinical Quality for Trafford PCT in 2004, where the majority of his role remit was governance.

In 2008, Dorian joined Ashton, Leigh and Wigan Community Healthcare as the Director of Governance and Executive Nurse.
